SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How long does UK delivery take?

UK orders are estimated to arrive within 2–3 working days once dispatched.

How long does USA delivery take?

USA orders are estimated to arrive within 4–7 working days once dispatched.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the UK and USA. Additional destinations may be added in the future.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information where available.

RETURNS

Can I return my order?

Yes. Items can be returned as long as they are unopened, unused and in their original condition.

Who pays for return postage?

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us as soon as possible at info@countrychiccosmetics.com with your order details and photos of the issue, and we’ll help get it sorted.

What kind of shades are in Country’s Greatest Hits Vol 1?

The palette includes 8 wearable shades, from softer everyday neutrals to richer statement colours and sparkling finishes, so you can create anything from a subtle daytime look to full country glam.

When will the Cowboy Boot Lipstick launch?

The Cowboy Boot Lipstick is coming soon. Join the CCC Club to be among the first to hear about the launch.

When will the pimple patches launch?

Cover Me Up Cowgirl Pimple Patches are coming soon. Join the CCC Club for launch updates and early access.

Will you be releasing more country-inspired products?

Yes. Country Chic Cosmetics is only getting started. New country-inspired beauty products and launches are already in the works.

What payment methods do you accept?

Available payment methods will be shown securely at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make a change, contact us as quickly as possible. We’ll do our best to help, but once an order has been processed or dispatched, changes may no longer be possible.

I haven’t received my order confirmation. What should I do?

First check your spam or junk folder. If you still can’t find it, contact us using the email address used for your order and we’ll look into it.
